ZVA Automatic Nozzle.

         ZVA nozzle is used in fuel dispenser with an automatic safety shut off, and it can be used for all gasoline and diesel.

Working Principles:

The fuel through the nozzle creates a vacuum at the valve seat, and air is drawn when passing the sensing port at the tip of the nozzle spout, then passes the safety cut-off and the diaphragm and into the fuel. The valve remains open while the air flows freely. When fuel reaches the sensing port, suction builds up rapidly until it lifts the diaphragm and trips the automatic action, which shuts the valve. The mechanic also trips if the ball of the safety cut-off rolls back to obstruct the free air flows. It will occur if the nozzle spout is pointed upwards or the nozzle drops onto the ground. The valve opens, allowing the smooth and low flow rate.
